Update on Tim

Hello everyone

Tim has had several scans since he has been in the hospital with pneumonia, this is week 3 in the hospital.

Yesterday we got the word that the cancer has spread to his brain and no options where left. Tim has excepted this and has chosen to go home with the help of Hopsice.

He is currently getting radiation on his hip to reduce the size of his tumor and alleviate the pain. He will finish treatment next week.

I would like everyone to know how much I have appreciated the honesty, suggestions, advice and mostly, all the love I have felt from everyone, I am truly touched.

I will continue to keep everyone in my prayers.

    Cathy, I am so sorry to hear that you and Tim have received such bad news. I don't remember all of the specifics of Tim's treatments but was wondering why Tim wasn't a candidate for Whole Brain Radiation. I have read posts from others here who have had WBR with much success.

    You and Tim will be in my prayers.
