    Hi finz
I tried 1 Tbs of salt and Tsp of baking soda ratio of different amount of water. I didn't find that it did much for the mucus. If y9ou find a formula that works for you please pass it on!

    Equal Parts
Per my wonderful caregiver, it's 2 teaspoons each of salt and baking soda per gallon container. She wrote it down from somewhere, suffers from CRS, it runs in our household.

    Be well, God bless.

    Ditto Steve's recipe
Steve's recipe is what I used. Sometimes I did it a few times an hour. Definitely helped me better than over the counter or prescription mouthwashes.

    Same as Steve
1 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda. After treatment ended, some tastes came back quickly. It was easier to use the rinse, formulated with 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp each of the salt and baking soda.
