Thank you so much!!!!

Thank you all for all the well wishes and thanks for remembering me. I still can't believe it has been seven years. WOW. I will be walking in a relay for life next w/e, I will proudly walk the survivor walk and I will be thinking of all of you. You guys were sooooo helpful to me when I stumbled upon this site seven years ago. I wanted to hear from survivors who had made it. And I did, lots of them. I will never forget the day I was diagnosed. I thought I was given a death sentence. I had been a nurse for over 25 years when diagnosed and was totally unprepared for the road that lay ahead. You guys paved the way and let me know that I was going to be OK. Thank you all so much. I was only 46 when diagnosed, I celebrated my 53rd birthday in Jan. I love my birthday now, bring on those candles. I will try to make the time and come back help all of you, esp. those still in the fight.
