Regrowth of GBM Four Weeks After Chemo/Radiation

My mom's doctors confirmed late last night that my mom's tumor shows a regrowth. Only four weeks have passed since she finished treatment. Because the brain is still swollen, the doctors are unable to say with great confidence how big the new tumor growth is. (Her original post-treatment MRI was not scheduled until the first week of June, but they had to do an emergency MRI because my mother started vomiting and having strong headaches.)

Has anyone here shown tumor regrowth that quickly and still survived more than a few months? Please, please, please share your story. I need some hope.

    try to stay positive, my
try to stay positive, my 13yr old daughter had 35 radiation treatments and was taking temodar and the cancer was growing back. We went to a different hospital and now she has been cancer free for 10 months. never give up, fight. explore all your options and look into clinical trials. how old is your brother? where is his tumor located, did they remove any of it?
