Well, got it done this morning. Was so freaking over this, I broke out in hives.

They gave me extra sedative with the Versed and worked great.

Thanks to everyone who gave me reassurance about this.

    Glad to hear everything went well, yea some how have a doorbell inplanted in you does kinda freak you out you do get use to it. And now it will make the chemo prep and procedure alot easier for everyone, maybe save a vein or two along the way.

    I think you'll be very happy you got your port. Mine was used Monday and it was so much easier than sticking a vein. Love your dogs.
