Aromasin Isn't Working

I have Peritoneal Carcinomatosis, Stage IV, metasticized from breast cancer. I was infused with Taxol for 8 months, then put on Arimidex and now put on Aromasin. After having been hospitalized for 3 days before Christmas and with the results of a CT scan done then, my oncologist has said that the Aromasin is not working. What would the next treatment option be? I think, because of my age, although I have tolerated everything with few side effects, he doesn't want to give me anything too potent. Would love to hear from anyone who might have any ideas on the subject.
