    Hello catdec
I don't know what causes these lines but may I offer a word or two of unsolicited advice?

I know how hard it is to wait and wonder, racking your brains trying to figure out what it all means. Most everyone on this board has been there, done that and we know it's tough. I nearly drove myself crazy trying to speculate as to what was wrong with me when they found something strange in my lung. But please catdec, try to resist the tempation to surf the web for answers and to play guessing games while you are waiting on your results. Don't try to diagnose yourself. We all know that waiting for answers stinks and a few days can seem like forever but sometimes the wait is necessary. I was in your shoes just a few months ago. I would surf the web, find all sorts of terrible things I thought were wrong with me, then I would go to bed crying over stuff I read. In the end everything I read was wrong and didn't apply to me anyway. Just wait until you have a definitive answer from the doctor and go from there.

I wish you the very best of luck in the results you are awaiting and I hope you will post back when you know more. We are always here for you if you need us.

    Excellent advice, PBJ!

And just when I was going to recommend shaving the chest :).

    Hope and humor!

Best wishes, catdec, with the results of your CT scan.

    Take care,

    Joe
