Stage 1 recurrence?

Has anyone every had or known someone who had Stage 1, and have the cancer come back? Did it come back in colon or somewhere else?

    stage 1 recurrance
    Yes, my husband had stage 1 rectal cancer which has recurred with mets to the lungs. He has since received 28 chemo treatments and has been told he will be on chemo for as long as he can tolerate it.

    Did it recurre in just his
    Did it recurre in just his lungs or rectum as well (I'm not sure if he had his whole rectum removed) I am sorry to hear about your husband.
