I wanted to share with you that my husband quietly passed away Friday night. I have not posted regularly for a long time, but this Board has been my comfort and strength for many years and I feel like I am letting a good friend know that I have lost my best friend. Our past 5 years has been John's cancer journey and now I don’t know what I will do without him. Every time I turn around to talk with him I am taken by surprise that he is not there. John was diagnosed 5 years ago as stage IV. He fought a courageous battle and never gave up hope, but his liver could not go on anymore. He is already desperately missed by his family and friends.
