enlarged thymus gland

Ok so I was diagnosed with Hodgkins had chemo went into remission, relapsed had stem cell transplant went into remission and everything on the scans looked great but I always had an enlarged thymus gland and it even got a little bigger in later scans. What scares me is that the thymus gland is part of the lymph system which is were the cancer was and that your thymus is actually supposed to shrink when you become older not get bigger. I asked my oncologist about this and he said that it was fine and not to worry about it but it just doesn't make since to me and on top of that I am having wierd symptoms of the cancer maybe coming back again. Anyone else have the same kind of experiance am I crazy?
