Bruce, I take care of my 2 young grandsons every day, and I was just thinking yesterday that the 1 year old was just 6 months old when I was diagnosed. It made me realize once again how glad I am to be here for all the special moments. Glad about all your milestones!
Awesome Bruce! Those are great milestones. We, as survivors, have the privilege of celebrating so many things that people take for granted. I had my first post-surgical chemotherapy treatment on my youngest son's first birthday. I remember sitting at his little party, with a smiley face cake, hoping that I would be around for a few more birthdays. Well, he turns 10 in a few days and I've been there for each birthday! Keep up the great work and keep enjoying some part of each great day!

Bruce... yep there are always bumps in the road. Keep inspiring all and we all have something to be thankful for every day.
Keeping your dad and you in my prayers.
God Bless,
Diane
There are times we need to appreciate every thing life has to offer and see the good in the little things in life, and you have truly learned to do that.
I love your outlook on life and wish you continued success!!!!!!!!
I agree we do have lots to be thankful for. I don't think I ever realized this until I was diagnosed Stage 4 rectal cancer in 2005. Hugs to you, Audrey.

Welcome to the 2nd half of your life!!!!
I turned 50 almost 3 years ago, July 29th...
I am 2 years out from any treatment from either cancer (I wanted more...so not just the rectal, had to have breast also...lol...)
So, I share with you the celebration! And, yes, my prayers include you all, every night...
