cancer? or pimples?

i have a little kind of pimple on my right testicle!!!! when i looked at it there was some blood coming out i think it was by itself! im so scared that it might be cancer :( please help me by the way im only 13 years old

    I'm glad to hear that you are checking yourself for any changes. I would recommend a few suggestions. Depending on your relationship with your parent(s), talk with them. If not comfortable with that, talk with the school nurse. If not comfortable with that, find out the number of your doctor that gives you physicals and call them. You could even talk with a coach at school. This is my 30th year in education, we are willing to talk with the students but be sure to do this in private. I hope this helps.

    You could also call 1-800-227-2345 which is the American Cancer Society's National Cancer Information Center. Qualified people answsers 24/7 with your questions. It is a private call and is great help.
