I take the visicol, but I break them in two. They are scored so you can do it easily. It doubles the number, but they are much easier to swallow. After the first 20, the best thing to do is get a book and retire to the bathroom. The quiet storm will soon reveal itself. I am then supposed to set an alarm and get up in the early morning to take the rest. I've never done it, and it's always been okay when I got to the procedure. I think I've had 7 preps now, the first with the gallon of chalk juice and the rest with the pills.
I also schedule early in the a.m. for it and starve myself for a few days beforehand. Good luck, remember it's only now and then we have to go through this.
