We just found out that my grandmother has leukemia. What are the chances of a 76yr old woman surving cancer?

I don't know what the exact chances are, but I do know that faith in your treatments and your care team are the most important. It can be quite easy to give up, especially when initally faced with the diagnosis at that age. Keep the faith and best of luck with everything

You probably have found your answer by now, and I pray it is a positive one. It greatly depends on the type of leukemia your grandmother has. If it is CLL (the kind I have)and it is the slow-progressing type, she can still have many wonderful years to enjoy with you, with a very good quality of life. I pray this is the case. Sending you love and prayers...
