Diaper Rash?

I've developed a couple of rather large oval-shaped spots on the inside of each of my thighs. They are redish colored with a sort of "ring" around. I feel that it's either a form of diaper rash, because I have to wear Depend underwear 24/7 because of my incontinence following prostate surgery, or maybe something like "jock itch". It's quite often damp in those areas from sweating and from leakage. Anyone have any good cures for this diaper rash/jock itch/whatever?!? These blotches don't itch, but I'd like to get rid of them! I've tried some over the counter creams, but nothing seems to totally get rid of this problem. Thanks. Bill (enniswb@epix.net)

    Hey Ennis - I'm not a doc- but that doesnt sound like diaper rash. Its usually just red overall. Might want to see a doc about it.

    When I had alot of moisture and dampness - I covered the area with vasaline -- it helped somewhat.
