Hey Guys,
Wanted to check in. I am in the sunny Caribbean on a cruise with my family. I am celebrating my 3 years ned. I wish you all could be here with me. To all newbies there is hope, I was stage 2 May 04, colon blocked had temp bag than resection,6 months chemo. Attitude and a lot of faith a big part of beating this beast.
Also this site with all my new family were a big part of dealing with this disease. I first found this site while in the hospital after the 1st of 2 surgeries to unblock my colon.

    Bruce,
    I was stage iv in 8/05 and now my husband Don and I are in Maui for our 40th wedding anniversary. Who would have thought even last year at this time that I would be here. We went on a drive to Hana today that was so beautiful! Keep the faith. The real gift of life is the present. Great to hear you are enjoying yours!
