Bartholins Gland Cyst???

Sorry it took me so long to get back. Thanks again to my earlier replies and all your info Nancytahoe. I have a new question. Went to Doc and was checked, apparently I have grown a cyst on my Bartholins Gland. No biopsy was done. I was told this is fairly common and they would simply do nothing since I was not in any pain (which they said was surprising by the way, to them) So what now??? Anyone out there ever heard of such a thing before?
Good news! My last pap was all clear so cervix is good and everything else looks ok for now. And I might add the presence of the cyst has filled in the area quite nicely where partial vulvectomy was done. So asthetically speaking I am not quite so lopsided anymore. Good news bad news who's to say. I did have to go back to original Gyn Onc and he did not remember me which was quite surprising after my screaming tirade over the phone. I personally have never forgotten anyone who called me a big fat liar. Those of you who are in the dark there are prior postings of my inappropriate behavior...
Best wishes to all, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
