Lymph Node Involvement

Has anyone been told that they have metastatic disease in their iliac external lymph nodes and it has turned out to be some other infection? I have a psa of 0.26 up from 0.24 - it has always been round about this figure since my RP and salvage radiotherapy - my lymph nodes since last year have become enlarged and the good docs are putting it down to metastatic disease and put me on 150mg casodex. I am not convinced but can't come up with any other explanation. Thanks to all who reply

Even though my lymph nodes apprear clean my PSA began to rise two years after treatment and I was put on 150 mg of Casodex....My PSA fell back down...Since Casodex does not appear to have side effects for me, I am staying on for now...
