Anyone have any ideas as how to loosen my neck up after disection? I had the surgery 2 weeks ago due to mandibular cancer.
Thanks!!

    hey Molly,
keep stretching your neck...and maybe try some physical therapy. Your doc should send you. THis will be a problem for a long time to come, I am a year and a half out and I still have stuggles, I went to PT and it helped but then my insurance ran out and I had to quit going. I would talk to my doc and see if he will refer you to PT and then after you learn how to stretch and strengthen the muscles, keep it up on a daily routine, I didn't do that and now am paying the price......hope this helps....let me know how you are getting along...if you want to...
