Hi, this is my 1st time here. My husband, 37, was dx with ext. small cell lung cancer in 11/04, 2 weeks after our son was born. He is not a smoker. He has been through 4 types of chemo with no luck. We just returned from a trip to MD Anderson in Texas where we were told they had nothing to offer him. He is about to start on Topotecan, yet another chemo, tomorrow. We are still researching clinical trial possibilities but don't find much for ext. SCLC.
Any one out there going through ext. SCLC that has any advice or recommendations for us?
Still hopeful,
CL

Hello,
You may want to do a search of the personal web pages. To do this, click on "Personal Web Pages" on the left hand side of this screen. You can then enter the criteria you are looking for and then enter "small cell" in the search field. If you find someone you would like to contact you can do so through the internal CSN email system.
I wish your husband the best on his treatment.
Take care and be well,
Dana
