Hi,

My mom has stage 4 ovarian cancer and has been through with chemo for 2 years. Her CA125 has been creeping up slowly for nearly a year and is now around 65. The doctor said the slow creep is unusual, with no symptoms and a clean CAT Scan. They want to put her in a study comparing the effectiveness of thalidamide vs tamoxofin. We would appreciate any info on the effectiveness and side effects of either of these drugs. Has anyone used these for ovarian cancer before?

Thanks.
