Hiya Steve.....just been reading all tha stuff I missed while away. Just wanted to say congrats on the reversal mate! Some positive stuff must be happening Steve as you sound so good in your post.
As far as advice on what/what not to eat? Well....I for one would not try anything sharp...you know..Houdini tricks like razor blades. Awwwww....ssssshhuuuuddddder tha thought!

    Cheers for the advise (and all the others who replied). Unfortunately most food is feeling like razor blades as it emerges at the moment but it is early days yet.
