Radiofrequency Ablation costs

I see there have been several posts on radiofrequency ablation. It is a possiblity for my husband whose scan shows 2 nodules in the liver. Does anyone have any idea of the cost and how it compares to liver resection? We do not live in the US but would have to have it done there and, even though we have insurance (who I hope will cover it) we will still have to pay a portion. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
