Decision on hysterectomy

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that I have decided to go ahead with the hysterectomy. I met with my gynocologist and oncologist last Thursday. I thought I was going to have to fight to persuade the gynocologist to go with the hysterectomy but my oncologist had already done that. So the meeting went very smoothly. Also, the mass has shrunk in size which is a very good sign. She said with having this done, my chances of BC reoccurrence is dropped significantly, chances of ovarian cancer drops to 5% and chances of cervical and uterine cancer drops to 0%. I like those numbers!
Thank you all for your comments and words of advise. Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow. Please keep me in your prayers...Cheryl

Hey girl that sounds great to me. You can't beat those percentages! God bless. hummb
Lord please be with Cheryl's surgeons tomorrow, guide their hands through out the surgery with skill and precision. We praise You Lord for the healing You have blessed Cheryl with and give all the honor to You. Now I pray Your peace over her so she is not anxious about tomorrow. May she always let her light shine by Your mercy and grace, being a witness to others as to what a wonderful Lord we serve. In Christ' name I pray. Amen.0
