I've had my left upper lung lobe removed and am now going through chemo. Although the chemo is not as bad as I expected, what this is putting my family through is almost more than I can bear. My mother is ill and I'm unable to help her because of what I'm undergoing. Anyway, I'm angry and want to sue big Tobacco. Finding an attorney to take on individual suits is not simple and though I thought I had one, he now has decided to not do individual cases. Has anybody had better luck with this and, if so, can you reccomend someone. I only have a few more months left for filiing. Thanks jera_wolf@netzero.net |

Re: Tobacco Litigation
Anger is corrosive to the soul. Use your time more wisely. We only come around once. See to it that you make your journey count.
