My 30 year old daughter has been receiving treatment for a Grade III Astrocytoma brain tumor since 1997 at Duke University in Durham,NC. I have heard about a program of pilots who volunteer their time for flying patients to various appointments, etc. Have not used them myself, but perhaps someone at the brain tumor center at Duke would have more info. Call 919-684-5301. Or perhaps your local office of the American Cancer Society would have some info as well. Best of luck in your search. Shermanbeckie@mfa.net
