and NEW Beginnings for sure.
I am looking forward to meeting the New Year with much gratitude for the life I have found for myself. I have spent the past months reaching out to others trying to make a difference in anothers life, going beyond to the core of my being. I have been helping a young 12 year old mentally prepare for skating compititions, giving her some tools that she could use to stay in the moment, focused on that one performance. She has suffered anxiety and because of my own experiences I seem to know a thing or two about this. In helping this young lady reach her goals I am often reminded of what I need to concentrate on to move beyond my present situations. It is building up our bag of tricks to get us through some of the tougher times. Coping skills is what we all need to concentrate on so that we are all better able to face what we must in this world of ours.
"It is by following your deepest instinct that you can lead a rich life, and if you let your fear of consequence prevent you from following your deepest instinct, then your life will be safe, expedient and thin." Katherine Butler
Be good to yourselves always,
Tara
ps my new years wish is that we all prosper and move beyond our wildest of dreams.
