artificial sphincter?

Can anyone suggest a web site where i can research artificial sphincter? Doc has recommended this after i had radiation, seeds, and cryo.

    I also would like to know more about the aritificial sphincter, as my surgeon suggested I go in that direction. I had prostate removed 16 months ago and am still incontinent. Tried cologen shot and actually was worse afterwards.
    Would appreciate any help.
