Fatigue

My son is a 6 year survivor of leukemia(AML) and a bone marrow transplant.Although he has multiple late effects I wonder if is common among survivors to remain tired and never able to return to levels of energy they had prior to treatment. Although my son is
fortunate to be alive and has many good days, he seems to sleep a lot (12-16 hrs/day) and wears down easier than his fellow 14 year olds.

While I don't know too much about fatigue after treatment, my father is going through cancer treatment right now and is very very tired all the time. I am too from all of the stress. I would suggest you give your sun extra vitamins. He should definitely be taking a multi-vitamin, but in addition, Vitamin C seems to help with energy.
