~Help for 88yr old CAREGIVER?~

Hello there. My father is 66 and his prostrate cancer has spread into his bones. Currently his mother, 88, is his primary caregiver. I drive him back and forth to all appointments and offer both of them as much support as I can. However, there's only so much I can understand about being 88 and caregiving for your own "senior" baby. She tells me she's glad she has me to share insights & nuances about my father with. (She's known him longer but I've lived with him longer.)

Occasionally she tells me "no one understands what I'm going through". And she's right.

Is there anyone out there who's a "senior" and taking care of their own adult child?? I would love to give her someone to talk, chat or share with.
