Hi Everyone - Just wanted to let you all know that I see my oncologist for my 3 month check-up. I am now a one year survivor and feel real good about that. I like everyone else have those aches down my legs, but otherwise I am feeling really great. I do worry about the pains going down my leg, but after reading your posts, I feel a bit better. I am going to mention it again to my oncologist today to see what he has to say. I am so thankful to be here and enjoy life in general and thank God everyday for all of that.
Thanks to all of you for being there when I really need to talk or listen to someone also.
God Bless, Lucy

Hi Lucy, I hope you had a good check-up with your oncologist. I go for mine tomorrow. I am doing good other than I still have some problems with my shoulder. It has hurt ever since I had my surgery in December. My MD put me on Vioxx recently to see if that would help. Most things I do it doesn't bother me at all & some simple things it really gives me a fit. I can mow the yard, gardening, I started going to water aerobics
& that doesn't bother me. It is strange. It is just nice to be here & be able to do those things. We often times take a lot for granted in our lives. Good luck to you. Judy -

Thank you everyone for your concern - that is what makes us all feel better. My 3-month check up went real well = blood tests all normal. After discussing my leg pains, he said to watch it closely and if it does not go away or does not get better, he will schedule me for a bone scan. Hopefully, it goes away - because I think it stems back to my lower back problems I had before last year. I am praying for the best and also praying for all of you out there. Good luck cj with your treatments.britchick356 said:Lucy, what great news! glad to hear you're coming out a winner!Because when you win, so do the rest of us!keep me informed about those leg pains,I'm going thru that stuff now.hugs,cj
