Myalgia

I am having severe muscle pain with my chemo, to the point that I can hardly walk across the room at times. I am told it is myalgia - has anyone else had this experience? How do you deal with it or make it go away? I know that most people are able to function well enough through they're chemo, but I can hardly walk to the bathroom alone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I responded to your other message, under RE: Dad diagnosed with NSCLC Stage 4. Just wanted to make sure you read it. My dad has also had this problem. I think the doctor did give him something, but it mostly just helped him sleep. He was having muscle cramps at night real bad, especially in his legs. Hope this helps, at least to know you're not alone. Lots of luck and prayers your way! Lisa0
