Weird pain

Hi

I would like to know if someone can throw light on this weird pain which commences from the lower back and radiates along the right leg downward.

For some background info:

Age: 45
Sex: Female
Indian
Diagnosed with Cervical Cancer - IB in Dec 1999
In March 2001, was diagnosed with metastates and a tumour of 8.5cm x 4 cm found around the psoas muscle
Am undergoing Radiation ( Cobalt therapy ) and would be followed by Chemo - TIP regime
After 7 sittings of radiation the pain hasnt subsided as yet. Do let me know if there is someone who can throw light on this.
