I am so excited!
in other words - my first strenuous work out after 6
months of chemo. I see light...
I am so excited. Hopefully the chunkiness will come off
soon. I have 2 weeks till my mastectomy on July 12th.
Will the make the most of it = )

Enjoy your time pre-surgery......run and play! I am so happy for you....I can just imagine how great you feel at this time. You will no doubt recuperatre from your surgery fast and be on your way!
I'm over a year out and can do everything I could before. I actually exercise more often because I know how important it is to my health. Best of luck with your surgery.

I was really pleased and had to post!
It felt so good to be able to do my exercise regime like before.
This gives me so much hope. Hope that I will be back to who

That's great news! I'm just starting to get active again after chemo, too. I'm pretty creaky, but feeling better every day. Enjoy!0
