You really made a difference in that woman's day, and probably in her life as well. This is the type of kindness that makes the world a better place. Usually we just put our heads down and become immersed in our own little worlds -- I know I do -- but you reached out to someone in pain. What an admirable human being you are and what a good example you model for the rest of us and those little grandbabies of yours. Well done.
