Well Thusday I posted that my colon cancer has now spread to my bladder. Then I took my family out to dinner to tell them the bad news. Then I about 1:00 in the morning I told my wife to take me to the emergency room. I had stomach pains so bad that I couldn't even stand. Ends up I had a blockage in my small intestine from eating all the stupid peanuts at Texas Roadhouse that they give you for free. Now beleave me I know better than to eat peanuts because of my stoma I guess at that time deep down I did't care. Well I do care and it put me back in the hospital for 2 days, they let me out this morning about 10:30. Let me warn you if you have a stoma and they tell you not to eat peanuts DON'T DO IT that **** really hurt.

Been there done that....
Cashews just after 25 treatments of radiation and 5fu will make a believer out of you also. It felt as if a 1000 razor blades had finally found a way out.... I do eat pecans and peanuts and etc. now and it does go through my stoma with out to much trouble but, you better chew em up good or its gonna make ya go "bump" in the night.0 -
