LUNG NODULE?

In addition to my recent post regarding the lymphocele, I just received a copy of the complete test report. It mentions 'there is a scar identified within the right lung anteriorly. There is suggestion of a small nodular density associated with this scar. I cannot exclude a small nodular density within this scar." I was told my doctor is going to look at the films himself. Until then, I don't know what's going on. I had a PET scan in June and all was clear. And I had a CT scan in April that only showed the lymphocele and nothing else. I'm not having any particular problems. But my mom just passed away from colon cancer which had spread to the liver and lungs. Any words of wisdom out there? I appreciate everyone's reponses. As always, I'm trusting in His Peace and Word in all of this. Just need some humanly consoling.

Bless your heart, just meditate on his word Monika. By his stripes we are healed! My preacher just got back from Bogata Columbia he is an Evangleist, but he really preached prayer and fasting, the last word we don't really like to hear or I don't, but he talked about what breakthroughs come through prayer and fasting, the devil hates it and I guess that is why it is so hard for some of us to do. Some of us are going to get together and do just that, for our families, sickness ect.. You will be in my prayers, Jan0

Thank you both for your comforting words. They are appreciated so much, even more today. I got a call from my doctor who says that we need to probably surgically remove the 2.5 cm mass that I posted about earlier. Thought it was a lymphocele, but probably not. Could be ovarian tissue left behind (????). I will see him next week and get more info. In the meantime, what do either of you know about reoccurrances? He talked about removal and chemo if it proves to be malignant.
My husband prayed with me immediately and we are believing that next July we will celebrate our 30th anniversary in health, joy and thanksgiving! I will hold on to all of your words, as I have in the past. He is the Great Physician!
God Bless you!

Monika as you know I have been dealing with a reoccurance for quite some time. I do know that IF, and note the big if, If this cyst is a new growth you responded so well to the first treatment and have had such a long remission that your odds of beating it are so great and so good. They say the longer the chemo worked the first time the better it works the second.mopar said:Thank you both for your comforting words. They are appreciated so much, even more today.
