Hello fellow warriors. Just wanted to report that my CT scan today came back NED. Oddly, had a panic attack while getting the scan and had to stop twice. Unusual for me since I was bolted down during rads 5 days a week for 6 weeks with no problems. My heart rate and blood pressure shot up and only until I sat up at the edge of the becnh did it subside. They even talked of admitting me into the hospital for further observation. Thankfully, I was able to relax and go home. :)

    Congrats on NED

Three years out and more to come. Amazing how time flies I can't believe it's three years already. Well, I certainly am glad for you and celebrate with you. Don't know why you had a panic attack I guess just one of those things and probably won't happen again. Anyway you made it through and have clear sailing ahead-Take Care-God Bless-Russ

    Good for you, skidog!

I'm not far behind.  My 3-year follow up is in May, but no CT Scan, to my knowledge.  Once I had to have a MRI done for my shoulder and the technician told me to put my right arm on my chest. That was all well and good until I realized that there wasn't enough room inside for my chest to expand to breath in Surprised.  I clicked the panic button right away and she got me out of there.  My option was to put my arm up over my head, which is what I did, even though it was kind of painful to do so.  I guess a little pain was worth being able to breath.

(By the way, are you a SNOW skidog? I get a season pass to our local hill Bogus Basin, out here in Boise.)

I get my 1 year, 9 month test, next month. Wish me luck.
