Throat feels like I'm being chocked

I have problems with my throat it feels like I'm being choked sometimes have problems swallowing of pain in the middle of my chest I had an endoscopy which showed no cancer thank God it just showed that I had some papillomas and they said that shouldn't cause any problems but yet I'm having this issue that seems to get worse every day I'm scared I don't know what could be causing it or what it is if anybody has any answers please let me know I did have a CAT scan that showed wall thickening but then when I had the endoscopy all they seen was papillomas and no cancer
