What a relief! Rest and relax as much as possible. I know that is hard with anxiety over test results. Something that helps me relax and forget my worries is soft music with nature sounds in the background. I close my eyes and imagine I am ther by the stream, in the woods, next to the ocean, etc. It helps to distract those worrisome thoughts. Since I am in a close relationship with Jesus I usually imagine he is relaxing with me:)
I pray for your peace and healing.

Positive thoughts and prayers coming your way. Glad you're able to get some rest, go with it.
I hear a peace and calm in your words. That's such a blessing.
