A Message from Katrina Larson's Mom...
Dear Lorrie:
I'm wanting to let you know how much you and all the other members of the BCSN meant to her. She was so grateful there was a place she could go where she could level about how she felt and also support others in their struggle to find a way beyond this awful disease.
We miss her so much and I am so grateful that she was loved so well by all of you. I know it made the difference to her recovery from each of her surgeries that she had so many praying & hoping for her improved health.
Katrina had fabulous friends and I know all you ladies looked to her as a daughter and she was lucky to have so many doting Moms. I could love on her and empathize with her losses and her pain, but you guys really knew how she felt, so she didn't feel alone. I'm so grateful she found you when she needed you, and I hope all of you will hold her memory dear. She loved you guys and you enriched her life.
She wore the bracelet you sent her and was thrilled to get it. I got an ornament to send for her exchange and then with everything going on didn't get to send it. I'm sorry about that...
Thank you for everything
Joan & Gary Larson

I had chills reading the note. All of our hearts just ache for her parents, and they took the time to say how much everyone's love and prayers meant. Thanks so much for sharing! Hugs to you, Linda
Kat held a special place in all our hearts. She had such a bright light and beautiful spirit. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I can't imagine how much she must be missed.
She is on my nightly prayer list for those in heaven. I know she is in a better place.
Hugs, Renee

She was our inspiration
She was our inspiration. She did so much during her treatment.More than I could do.I would probably just sit around and feel sorry for myself. She traveled, worked some, went school, made new friends and fought this beast. She had so much fun in life. She will always be in our hearts and prayers. She looking down on us now. She's our Angel.
We all miss so many of our Pink Sisters and Brothers but Kat was the youngest and will never be forgotten. A young lady at 21 losing her battle from breast cancer is very hard to understand. Not fair for anyone really.
Thoughts are with her family and friends. She was so loved by all.

Our precious Kat
didn't fall far from the tree. Reading this beautifully written note tugs at my heart strings. I think of Kat everyday and just don't understand how this could happen to someone so young. I loved her like a daughter because she was one of us.
Please give Joan and Gary a great big THANK YOU for taking the time to write. And also let them know, WE ARE HERE FOR THEM as well. They will remain in my prayers to find peace as time goes on.
