Doctor's appt.

in Breast Cancer #1
I have been having some pain in my right breast in the side (almost in armpit.) I went to the doctor today and she thinks it is just a cyst; however, she is sending me for a mammogram and ultrasound tomorrow. She said it didn't feel like cancer....it's not hard, it's movable and she said it didn't feel suspicious; but, she wants to be cautious. Which I'm not complaining, but very nervous. So I go at 2:30 (central) tomorrow.

Say a prayer!

    I am glad she scheduled them....just scared she will be wrong about what it is. But I'm hopeful.

    No intentions
    I have no intentions of not going. I just hope she is right and it's nothing. But I'm sure y'all hoped the same thing. The dr said I should know something tomorrow. So pray pray pray!

    Being cautious is a good thing
    I went through this almost a year ago. "They" take things like this seriously once you've had a dx of cancer. Praying it will be a-ok for you.

    Test results - all clear!! I have some scar tissue from my breast reduction and that is what was felt in exam. The tech said today that scar tissue thickens over time and makes exams harder to do.

    So anyway.....yay!!!!!!!!

    I was pretty excited about Drew signing Friday. Turns out Friday the 13th was a good day all the way around!
