My mom's good news

I have limited contact with all of you on the Discussion Board, but I think of you often. I want to let you know that my mom is still stable since her recurrance a year ago. Her CA125 has been between 1900 and 3500 since recurrance, but she is considered to have stable disease right now. She is on Doxil and Carbo and her CA has been inching down 100 or 200 points every other week. She has been in treatment non-stop, but is tolerating it like a champ.

    Your good news is our good news...another survivor is a good thing for all of us. She is an inspiration that PPC can be beat & it sounds like she is on her way.

    That's is wonderful news, I seem to remember you posting a couple of months back and things weren't great, so I am really happy for you and your mum. My mum started doxil Thursday for ppc, hoping it works for her to x
