It will be three years in May when my radiation treatments ended. My nipple area STILL itches something awful!
My radiation oncologist recommended Aquaphor and also recommended the Aveeno with oatmeal. Both work for short periods of time. I also drink plenty of water.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Talk to your doc
The itching 3 years later worries me. Have you let your oncologist know about this? Not to scare you, but some types of breast cancer (Paget's) can present with itchy nipples. Please talk to your doc as 3 years seems too long to itch!

If all is well and you check out clean, I would dry alternating a moisturizer with shea butter with an over the counter cortisone cream (one with aloe definitely preferred). Of course, run it by your doc first, but it really helps me in the winter when my skin is dry and itches.0 -
