Message from Eric's Mom

I know we have been all worried about Eric so I sent a message to his mom on facebook, I sent her the link to our board so hopefully she will sign up. Anyway here is her message:-
Hugs Sonia
"Hi Sonia! I am glad that you reached me. I have been wondering how all of Eric's CSN friends could be reached to tell them that Eric is in Hospice at our home. The only therapy left for him was an end line drug called Zoloto (sp). He opted not to do it and is now in Hospice. He has been in a lot of pain lately but Hospice has been working with him to get it under control. The Hospice people are great! Thank you so much for inquiring about Erica and thank you so much for your prayers. They are much appreciated. Please let everyone at CSN know. Anyone is welcome to send me a Facebook message to check on Eric or is welcome to send me a message at sandyharvey7@gmail.com"

Thanks, Sonia
I'm not on FB, so it's good to get some news. I can understand him suspending treatment, he's been through quite a bit in his fight. I hope that hospice can wrestle his pain and get that under control, he deserves that.
I've met his mom before and she is really one sweet lady, I'd take her for my own:)
Thanks for this post! On my way to chemo now and just checking in.

Sonia,
Thanks so much for the update on Eric, it's really good to hear that they are trying really hard to manage his pain at this stage in the game. I hope his Mom understands how much we all care about Eric.

Just read this. Thanks for this post. I have called hospice for my huband JR but he doesn't want to startit yet. He has said that he won't make it to the end of the year. I know hospice helps with many things. I wish he would at least meet the team that will be caring for him. Love Paula -
