Will Do...
Patti
The pluera area is a very unique area for tumors to be my DaVinci surgeon told me, very rare. My last 2 tumors were there - my new tumor is in the pleura as well. CEAs have risen slightly...I'll be joining you in a PET next week as well.
I will be thinking of you...That was a tough stay in the hospital for you, I'm glad you are back home with your family now. Requested for remission, stability, or some positive news for you and your family to hang onto - for a wonderful woman.

Hi Patty
Glad you are at home now resting. Hopefully they will have plan for you once you do the Pet. If I remember correctly CindyZ said her hubby's tumors swelled after ss while the ss was working so don't lose faith on that point. It sound like the fluid you had had cancer cells in it but were there mets in the lungs or don't you know yet?
I think of you often and the bumpy road you have had. This is just another bump in that road.
Take care and come visit us when you can.

Sir Spheres
Hi Patti,
I replied about this a few minutes ago but I think it was on your post dated right before this post. I'm sorry, I don't have this system worked out yet (I am on colonclub more often). If you cannot find my post, please contact me and we'll talk. I just wanted you to know that swelling after sir spheres is very common and doesn't necessarily indicate growth of tumors. I also wanted to know if you have had your CEA checked after SS? We were told that this is a better indication within the first three months than a scan...then after about 3 months the PET scan should be a good indicator of whether it worked or not.
