Hi,
Well this Wednesday is my last chemo treatment of taxotere and I am glad that this will be over soon. I get sick everytime for a week and a half esp with j tube problems and the Neulasta injection causes trouble too but happy that I am coming to the end of the treatment road. But my St. Patty's day will be at the Cancer Institute at St. Joseph's Baltimore MD and I am bald now due to my chemo and have a nice red wig and I also have a little mohawk, made Ron leave a patch of hair down the middle of my head and will be dyeing it green with food color and will be whipping my wig off and wishing everyone a great St. Patty's Day. I promised my grands I would do that. They stayed overnight right after my hair cut and loved that I had a mohawk and did a vote on FB my husbands site and everyone said green for St. Patty's Day. It has been sad here and hope this will bring a smile to everyone. If I was not such a techno dope I could post a pic but if you want one send me your email address, mine is hoperene@aol.com. take care and prayers always!!

William---that was a very funny post! I have to read it again---because I think I missed part of it as I tend to "rush" through things... thanks for giving a much needed smile here!!

    thanks Bill!!
I love your reply and I want to see the video!!! I broke my front teeth trying to break my grands fall from a jungle gym and it was a costly save complete with snaggle teeth but boy that is one expensive dental bill you are facing!!! Thanks for the laughs, think you will have to panhandle and like Kim's sign suggestion. I would have liked to be in high school with Loretta she sounds like she was a fun kid. I really did the whole mohawk thing mainly for my family esp those grands. They are 2 girls, 11 and 13, and this has been a little scary for them so we try to keep it light but when I realized my hair was going fast I put this on Ron's FB that I was going with a mohawk and everyone voted for green for St. Patty's. I am Polish but I always celebrate St. Patty's Day, when everyone is Irish. Thanks to everyone for their kind replies and I will send pics to anyone who emails me because I can send pics thru our email. take care and everyone have a Happy St. Patty's Day.

You could try to put your picture on this site...if they are on you computer. You culd put it as your profile pict for awhile!

*In the peach box under "discussion boards" click on "my csn page"
    *then click on "edit"
    *then click on "picture"
    *then click on browse
*find a picture and click "open"
    *click submit
I just put a pict on of my dad & his brother and their old cars! They both now have EC :(

Kim if it doesn't work, maybe someone whose better at this tech stuff can help.

I will try to do this depending on how I feel after chemo, last time I had trouble and they had to stop it and then recontinue it so think the 3rd time will probably be a little hard but thanks for the steps on how to do it. I want to put a profile pic on but got mixed up trying. thanks again.

    Good luck with chemo--I
Good luck with chemo--I wouldn't even try it unless you are in the mood---not worth it and you know how frustrating that kind of stuff can get! Take it easy and hope you don't feel to bad this time.

    Hey Ollie!!
    Hi Bill and Loretta,
I am old enough for Kukla, Fran and Ollie and I remember the big teeth well. Thanks for the laugh, I posted about how great it was to make people smile and it made me so happy even Ron who thought I was crazy to do it finally relented that it was good for all. And he took some good pics too even got our old pug Emma in the mix. HOpe you get some good dental help, those kind of bills are so bad, maybe your dentist could give a seniors discount but he didn't mention it did he. Some dentists charge less when you pay yourself. In Baltimore the U of MD dental school does flat rate dental work but think there is a big waiting list. take care and thanks for the laughs and encouragement, always welcome. Prayers for all, take care,
