Al's biopsy is tomarrow!!!
Just wanted to let you all know that Al will be having that vertibre biopsied tomarrow. Now
I know I don't need to ask but some extra prayers won't hurt. If there are no mets then they
can fix it with a simple cementing procedure. We won't be getting the biopsy results back for
about 4-5 days. We see the oncologist on the 6th.
So if you don't mind please pray for no mets. He still doesn't have them anyplace else to our knowledge. No mets means no radiation, just the after surgery chemo.
He has been such a trooper. He still doesn't think he has a "broken back" and he truely doesn't think that it is mets.
Thank you all very much. I don't know what I would do without my csn family to come to for
comfort and support.
With Love,
God Bless,
Kath

I will be praying.
I need to print out my prayer list again now that I am home. I used to put it on a 3x5 and carry it with me so I could remember all day.

Hi,
Everything went pretty well Al is still having alot of pain, this is to be expected. They took another MRI and did the biopsy. The radiologist seemed pretty sure no mets. We will not
know the result of the biopsy for at least 4 days. If not mets. Then the fracture can be fixed without much of a problem and then the we will go on as planned.
You all will know just as soon as I do!! I really want Al to be one of those good stats
that you here so little about with Stage IV EC. Along with the rest of us stage IVs.
Thanks to all of you again.

I think that we hear STAGE IV and we assume God is done working. But we know from the Bible that God isn't done working until he is done working--and we have no right to insist that anything is impossible or anything is FOR SURE. You can be healthy one day, and the Lord can take you in bad skiing accident! Life is God's--and stages mean NOTHING to him.
Very glad to hear that so far, things look good! That is wonderful. YOU should have a bubble bath tonight and put on some good music and RELAX.
Hugs to you both,
Betty0
