Tomorrow I'll be over the Hump

Just thought I'd let everyone know that tomorrow I'll be having my 5th out of 9 of my last chemo treatments. That means.... I made it over the hump. "All down hill from here" When this whole thing started on April 12th 2009 I would have never dreamed that I could come this far. I have not only fought cancer but I have grown, mentally, spirituality , and emotionally. I have also learned the true meaning of family and friends. It's been a rough trip but I hope this will be my last cancer trip.

Over the Hump
Keep up the good spirits. I'm with you, I have grown on so many ways since starting this "journey". I had my resection on April 11th, after getting the dx on 4/9. I just finished my 12 rounds of Folfox and start on Xeloda today. Looking forward to being on oral chemo vs. that IV crap! Take Care, and continue with the positive thoughts!

True Inspiration
Brooks
I have read your posts and listened to the responses to your questions etc. You are a true inspiration to those who are new.
I am grateful to have one treatment done, 11 to go. I am learning about taking it one day at a time.
Thanks for all your insite and inspiration.

CongratsAud said:good for you
Brooks. You are an inspiration. I've read some of your other stuff and you make me laugh and hope. I feel like such a baby complaining about my nausea with the oral Xeloda.
