PS to Steff5163: Didn't you have your last treatment on Monday? I've been thinking about you and wondered if everything went okay?

ISN"T IT WONDERFUL???
I am thrilled for you....YOU DID IT....BE PROUD......PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK....TOOT YOUR OWN HORN!....You are stronger than you thought! I could have done cartwheels the day of my last chemo in August...didn't want to embarrass the husband though.......tee-hee.. Had my 7th rad treatment today....Trust me, rads are a walk in the park compared to the chemo.....
AGAIN...........DO THE HAPPY CHEMO DANCE! Thrilled for you!

Congratulations, Debbie.....what a milestone. Hope you will rest when you feel like it, and drink lots of water. I found that these two things really stepped up my recovery from that awful chemo...plenty of hydration and sleep. Also, Stef, I think you are finishing soon. Both of you have plenty to celebrate. Enjoy your weekend. Hugs.

Hey Debbie
What a relief hey??? Can you believe you did it?? Just goes to show you are stronger than you think and not only have you survived cancer but you survived the treatment as well!!!
I get to do the dance in 2 weeks. I also had a reaction to my taxol and the benadryl as well. It wasnt severe but I started itching all over. I was given dexamethasone 20mg to take 12 hours and 6 hours before chemo and they started the taxol slow as well and I have been good tonight...though a little wired...not sure I will sleep much tonight.
Anyway dance away girl, you deserve it!!
Hugs

Debbie, CONGRATULATIONS on your long, hard and traveled road! you did it! You have just won yourself a star for going through such a hard experience and being able to do the "success" dance!! I am so proud of you!! reading your story made me smile because you have finally closed a chapter to that difficult road you have gone through. Now we will be pulling for you to finish the road that lies ahead. As we all had people to encourage us and help us through we too will do the same!! Good luck & God bless!! keep dancing girl...this is just the beginning to many more beautiful dances!! (smile) -
